Fundraising Campaigns Agent

Purpose of the Job
To make outbound calls to donors with the aim of promoting campaigns in order to generate donations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls for campaigns to elicit donations
- Capturing key customer data
- Manage emails and correspondence with donors
- Reporting problems to manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Matric
- Good knowledge of Jewish culture and customs
- Previous sales and/or call centre experience would be advantageous
Preferred Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Must be friendly
- Must work well in a team environment
- Must be willing to work overtime from time to time
