When making “purchases” on this website, please be aware that your donation will be used to purchase an identical or similar item which will be chosen at the discretion of management. Should more donations be received than are required, management will choose other items that are needed and will exercise their discretion in the best interests of the beneficiaries.

By using this website, you consent to us collecting personal information when you create or update your account. Without detracting from the generality of the aforegoing, this may include your name, email, phone number, payment or banking information (including related payment verification information), government identification or passport numbers. You also consent to us storing this information on our database and to us using such information to contact you in future regarding similar donation opportunities.

You consent to us collecting transaction details related to your donation.

The Chev has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Chev shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such mobile application, web sites or services. You specifically consent to the processing of your payment through our third party contracted gateways including VCS (Virtual Card Services), PayFast, PayPal or any other which we may contract with from time to time which will store your payment details. Furthermore, you specifically consent to your data being stored on WP-Engine or Xneelo. By consenting to our terms you are also consenting to the terms and conditions of the third party web sites and services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
