1. Each entrant will be allocated a unique number for each ticket of R361.00 purchased.
2. Competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 years.
3. Verification of the draw for the prize will be under supervision of our auditors: BDO Johannesburg. Their decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
4. Tickets will be on sale until 8 December 2023.
5. The draw will take place on 14 December 2023 at 10h00 at the Chevrah Kadisha, 85 George Avenue, Sandringham, Johannesburg.
6. The prize winners will be notified by means of a telephone call and/or email using the information they have furnished the society with.
7. Winners must present a valid Identity document.
8. The prizes cannot be transferred.
9. By entering this competition, winners agree to have their names and images published and the Chev reserves the right to use such images and details in their marketing at their discretion.
10. Entrants hereby consent to the storage and processing of their Personal Information for the purposes of entering into this raffle.
11. Any prize which is not claimed within 60 days of the draw will be used at the discretion of the Society for the Jewish Handicapped to further the society’s purposes.
