To provide IT support to end users by resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware, software and network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Company’s IT systems.
Role and Responsibilities
Responding to and closing tickets within the required service level targets.
Assist with the ordering of hardware and maintaining minimum stock levels.
Provisioning equipment and software for new team members.
Building and disassembling PCs and reinstalling Microsoft Windows and Office.
Keep up with technology and learn new systems that the Company implements.
Networking MFPs.
Telephony troubleshooting.
Resident and staff Wi-Fi support.
Moving IT equipment and using ladders to reach higher placed switches.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have A+ and N+ Certification
Driver’s license and own transport
Microsoft Windows knowledge
2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
MS desktop apps and an understanding of 365
After-hours and weekend work may be required
