Rimon Health is a community-based primary healthcare programme developed by the Chevrah Kadisha to provide accessible, coordinated and preventative healthcare support for uninsured community members who do not have the financial means to obtain medical aid cover.

Our vision is to improve access to quality primary healthcare, promote prevention and early intervention, and support better long-term health outcomes within our community. We achieve this through a coordinated network of healthcare professionals, allied services and community support structures, working in partnership with both private and government healthcare providers.

Rimon Health is focused on helping individuals access the right care, at the right time, while promoting continuity of care, patient wellbeing and sustainable healthcare delivery.
