Rimon Health is an initiative designed to support vulnerable and uninsured members of our community.
Our aim is to improve access to primary healthcare, provide continuity of care and to help reduce avoidable complications and hospitalisation. We aim to achieve this through three integrated pillars:
- Dedicated administrative, nursing and clinical associate personnel
- A strengthened network of primary, allied and specialist healthcare professionals
- Managed integration with government services where appropriate
The success of this programme relies on healthcare professionals within our community who are willing to contribute their time and expertise.
